Both of those moments were centered around live music, and our passion for music and dance is something that we will undoubtably share forever. Down North
We're excited to have Down North out of Seattle join us for the night. I met the band in 2015 during a show I helped produce in San Diego (with wedding coordinator Brian Chapin, shout-out Brian!). I dragged Kolby to a seated corporate event at Microsoft where they somehow managed to get every tech nerd standing up and dancing. We've been rooting-on their success ever since.

George Krikes
I first caught George, and the boys of King Washington at Anthology back 2012. In 2015, I brought the group South for a series of acoustic shows in Mazatlan, Mexico, where we all barely survived a long (hung-over) swim to an island a half-mile off the coast. While helping Anthology re-open as the Music Box in 2019, I booked King Washington as one of the first acts on the new stage, and during my and Kolby's "Farewell San Diego" party before jumping in the camper to Panama, King Washington came down from LA to perform one last time before separating. Co-frontman and good friend, Tyson Kelly, went on to perform as John Lennon in one of the most prestigious tribute bands to the Beatles (currently based in London).
Steve Webb
Kolby grew up next door to the Webbs, and Steve was like a second father to her and her sister. Steve's passion and commitment to his music, regardless of the twists and turns of life, has always been an inspiration. If you haven't been following along on the socials, Kolby always finds time for dance no matter where she is in life. Her unwavering devotion to her passion was built upon her observing Steve throughout her life. We are ecstatic to have the entire Webb family joining the wedding, they are the apitomy of letting passion drive your life's decisions.
CASIUS AND THE MOON
Matt and I met through the music scene in San Diego while performing as bassists in original projects around town. Matt's band, Likewize, and my slightly better band, Deaf Zero, launched us both into passionate careers in music. Although I will admit that Matt's career in music has been slightly more successful. As GM of the prestigious Warfield in downtown SF, Matt surprised us all by writing, producing and releasing a debut album as "Casius and the Moon" while the venue was shut down due to quarantine. The video here was mostly shot on our property in Washington. Rumor is that, while never having sang in front of a crowd, he will be opening for 311 in October, so kicking off his new job as a frontman is something we'd like to force him into early. History in the making!
We'd love to have friends and family share some of their own talents. We're arranging an after-party with light amplification and acoustic instruments. Practice up on your favorite tunes, and only one rule: no hand percussion allowed unless you have the experience and sobriety to keep the beat :)
CAMPING/AFTER-PARTY
WE HAVE RESERVED A PRIVATE RIVERFRONT CAMPSITE CAPABLE OF OVER 100 GUESTS AND WILL HAVE A SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM THE WEDDING TO THE CAMPSITE STARTING AT 930PM. AT 10PM WE WILL BE MOVING AUDIO GEAR FROM THE WEDDING TO THE AFTER-PARTY SO WE CAN KEEP THE TUNES ROLLING LATE INTO THE NIGHT.

Please note this event will be by invite only. Invites will be sent via email. We have decided to keep this event small and private, they'll be plenty of time to celebrate throughout the weekend :)
ALL ARE WELCOME to Sunday Funday at 12pm with hikes to a private swimming hole or relaxing on our property and enjoying the views. Hike is adults only (1.5 miles each way, boots suggested). Kids & parents have access to nearby swimming hole on our property. Bring snacks, food not provided.
